Clean the nail with nail polish remover. Paint nails with two coats and let dry completely before proceeding. 2. While solution is wet on nail, place and press paper printed side facing down on your nail. 5. Apply Transfer Solution generously on top of newspaper print. 6. Moisten a cotton ball with alcohol and hold against paper--pressing very firmly but carefully without moving for 30 seconds. 7. Carefully remove paper strip and repeat process on each nail.
